Questions

How do I get in once I have joined?

There is no password. Put your email address into the sign-in page and we send you a six digit code that works for fifteen minutes. It is fewer things to lose.

Can I move up a level later?

Yes. Choose the higher level whenever you like and your access changes immediately — you keep everything you already had.

What happens to my membership if I stop?

Basic and VIP run for a year. VVIP does not expire. If a membership lapses your account stays exactly as it is, so nothing is lost if you come back.

Does the shop need a membership?

No. The record set and the Vision Book can be bought by anyone. VVIP members get a discount on them.
