Strictly necessary
Two things. One remembers that you are signed in, so you do not have to request a code on every page. One holds the contents of your cart. Both are stored in your own browser. Without them the site cannot function, so they cannot be switched off.
Analytics
Anonymous counts of which pages and which episodes people reach, so we know what to make more of. No name, no email address, no profile. You can refuse these and everything on the site still works exactly the same.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. Nothing that follows you to other websites. No data broker has ever received anything from this site.
Changing your mind
Clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will ask you again on your next visit. Your choice is stored on your own device, not on ours.
How long they last
The sign-in cookie lasts thirty days. The cart lasts until you clear it. Your cookie preference lasts a year.
